Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time — it is the time our fulfillment partner needs to prepare your order before it is handed to a carrier.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (after processing) — Free over $75, otherwise $5.99.
Express Shipping (placeholder): 3-7 business days (after processing) — $19.99.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed, especially for international orders or during high-demand periods.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.

International Orders

International delivery times may be longer than domestic estimates and may be subject to customs delays or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
